Your documents are transported to our secure scanning facility for conversion. We can schedule a drop off, pick up, or ship directly to our office.

Preparation & Organization

Our team of blind and visually impaired employees meticulously prepares your documents for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, and flattening pages to ensure smooth processing and organization.

High Quality Scanning

Using advanced scanning equipment, we digitize your documents at your specific resolution and format, preserving every detail and ensuring all information is captured in totality.

Data Entry, Formatting, & Indexing

You need to be able to locate files once they are scanned. This step ensures that the right metadata is captured and assigned to each file as requested.

Quality Check & Verification

Quality control will be performed on each scan to verify that your documents have been accurately reproduced. Any images that fail to meet our high-quality standards are rescanned.
