Shannon is a highly knowledgeable Human Resources Leader with more than 20 years of experience leading teams of various sizes across multiple industries, including banking, mortgage, housing, nonprofits, education, media, and entertainment.
She possesses comprehensive experience in all areas of Human Resources, including HR business partnerships, diversity-focused recruitment, recruitment strategy, relationship building, talent and performance management, compensation analysis, policy creation and enhancement, union and employee engagement, change management, employee retention, project management, executive coaching, HRIS implementation, vendor management, employee career path coaching, training and development, financial analysis, and compliance auditing.
Shannon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership and a Master’s degree in Management with a focus on Public Administration. Her specialized training and experience include Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Change Management, Project Management, Relationship Building, and Process Improvement. Additionally, she is a certified Notary Public in New Jersey.
Shannon’s favorite pastime is spending time with her children. She loves everything about summer and absolutely dislikes the cold. An avid traveler, she particularly enjoys traveling to sporting events and beach destinations.
