Jeff brings more than 30 years of experience in the apparel cut and sew textile industry, including the last 18 years in military-government procurement manufacturing. Jeff’s extensive knowledge of the AbilityOne® Program comes from 15 years as Program Manager, Textiles at the National Industries for the Blind (NIB), where he directed more than 200 projects from inception to successful addition to the Federal Government Procurement List. Jeff’s work at NIB helped create jobs for over 800 blind people. 

Most recently, Jeff served as Vice President of MMI Textiles. Under his leadership MMI Textiles set record sales in 2020, secured military-related opportunities, and developed the supply of PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) into a long-term business line.

Jeff pairs his talent for building relationships with his industry experience to engender confidence. Customers know and trust that their products will be manufactured without quality defects and delivered on time.

Being part of the Bestwork team is a bit of a homecoming for Jeff. This Western Pennsylvania native is an alumnus of Philadelphia College of Textiles & Science, and spent more than two years at Jones Apparel Group located in Bristol, PA.

He currently serves as the Chair for the IFAI Military Division and served as a Board Member of the SEAMS Association from 2011-2017.

Outside of work, Jeff is an avid golfer and was a Division II All-American and two-time Club Champion in Western PA.  His philanthropic heart drove him to raise more than $250,000 for the St. Francis University Golf Team to build a Driving Range.
